Paul McDermott has been in the auto business since 1963 and has been ASE Master Certified since 1973. Paul and Marsha McDermott opened the doors to McDermott’s Service and Repair, Inc. on March 10, 1983 with two bays. At that time we were doing small engine and some auto repairs. In October of 2005, we added eight bays. In 1989, we went to strictly working on auto and truck repairs.

Paul and Marsha McDermott retired at the end of May in 2014. Ben Pagel then bought the shop and continues to provide the quality service customers know and trust. Ben is married and has 2 sons.

We are conveniently located on the West side of Madison, just off the Beltline and we currently have six full-time employees including ASE Technicians.
